Where We Ship
Marlow Vane currently ships to customers in the United Kingdom. We are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and work with trusted fulfilment partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed and prepared for shipment. During busier periods this may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time
All orders ship using our Insured Tracked Shipping, which takes 6-12 business days to arrive once processed. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey. This shipping method is free on every order.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at shopmarlowvane@gmail.com and we will look into it right away. Delays can occasionally happen with customs or courier handling, and we're happy to help track down your parcel.
